Not for the shopping. For the stories.
I’ve spent my career where brands meet people: in stores. At Guess, Luxottica and LEGO, I’ve led store design, visual merchandising and store development, and owned the P&L that shows whether it works. My belief is simple: everything a customer sees, touches and hears either tells the brand’s story or undercuts it. Shoppers now move freely between stores, screens and social feeds, which I call the Customer Channel, and the store is still where the story becomes real.
On my podcast, Retail Done Right, I explore the people and the humanity behind it.
